VJS Productions, which is headquartered in Houston, Texas, was founded in July 2003 by Jacquetta Yvonne Smith, MAOM who is the Principle Director. Jacquetta combined twenty years of practical, technical, and organizational development experience, along with her education and experience in business management to develop VJS Productions.

Jacquetta received her Bachelors Degree in Public Administration from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. She received her Master Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, Houston Campus.
