Return/Exchange Policy
www.chefbasics.com always strives to do it’s best to fulfill
your needs and satisfaction. However, if we made an error on your
order, please accept our apologies, contact us upon receipt, and we'll
gladly fix it.
If you receive delivery and you find a defect in our product or accept
an item you didn't order, we will gladly correct the issue in a timely
fashion at our cost. NOTE: we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or
returns on CLOSEOUT items.
If you're not satisfied with the garments, you're welcome to return the
items as long as they're unused, and have not been laundered. We will
credit your account after we receive and inspect the items and approve
the fact that they have been unused. A 20% restocking fee will be
deducted from your refund PLUS the cost of the original order's
shipping to recoup our costs in the transaction.
Exchanges can be made by contacting www.chefbasics.com with the items
you wish to return for exchange, and a list of the new items. The
difference in price between these items will be determined, and
charged/refunded to you account, minus initial freight.
An (RGA) return goods authorization number must be obtained prior to
any returns.
How to return your defective products or wrong item delivered:
•Contact us immediately via email at
service@cookingclothes.com with a description of your issue within 30
days of delivery date. (Order number & item number to be
returned.
•We will email an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) to you
with detailed instructions for return.
•Repackage the item(s) in the original shipping box (if
possible) with a copy or printout of the emailed RGA and place it
inside the box with the item to be returned.
•Return Goods With Authorization Documentation Only should be
shipped to:
V-TEX, INC., 1027 Busch Parkway, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089
•Returned orders without authorization will not be refunded.
•We will refund your money when we receive the merchandise
(minus a 20% restocking fee and original shipping cost), unless the
mistake was ours.
•You then make a new purchase of the items you need and
checkout at our website. This assures the you get delivery of the items
you want and not have to wait for us to receive and then ship the new
items.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping except in the case of
a defective product or incorrect item shipped.
Your business is important to us and we want to make sure you are fully
satisfied with our service.
