Payment Methods
Credit card payments are processed through Paypal, the world?s largest online payment broker. They manage credit card payments for millions of websites, including Bamboo Style. No one sees your credit card number except Paypal, which uses it only once to charge the order to. Your number is not stored for future use by anyone.
Shipping Information
Most in stock orders ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.
If an item you try to order is out of stock, you will receive an error notification after you place the item in your shopping bag. We do not fill back-orders on any items.
We use Canada Post for all our shipping and when an order is placed it will automatically calculate your shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
We want to be satisfied with your Bamboo items. If for some reason you are not happy you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or refund. All the following criteria must be met:
- All returned items must be in its original, unused condition.
- All returns or exchanges must be authorized by emailing us at returns@bamboostyle.com. You will be issued a return authorization number. Please include this number on the return form and include it with the merchandise.
- We will credit your original form of payment.
- NO exchanges or refunds on any SALE items.
How to Care
Our recommendation for washing your bamboo clothes in a cold-water gentle cycle and line drying to prolong the life of the garment. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
You can tumble dry bamboo wear on a low setting, the bamboo fiber draws moisture away from other types of fiber meaning that your bamboo items may still be wet when others types of clothing will be dry.
